No , you'll never live to see a cure. Pharmaceutical companies do not want a cure they want a regimen of pills to manage the disease only.

I believe eventually yes, there will be a cure for AIDS, unfortunately not anywhere in the near future. (rotten disease!)

Yeah maybe, but after that is found there will be some other disease or event that kills millions as well. That's God (or whoever's) way of maintaining population control.

no, they havent cured cancer all the way and its been generations and generations. theres a way to stop it, for people to be responsible
