Ok, it's called thinking about what you're eating. D'uh? I happen to enjoy McDonald's and I'm not a fat, overweight loser. I work out and watch what I eat. If I get a Big Mac menu for lunch, then I know to eat a light dinner. I could easily eat at McDonald's for 30 days and not gain any weight. You get the salads with no dressing, order water, and limit portion sizes then it's all good. When ordering the bad stuff then get a small fry, small soda, and a hamburger and it's only 600 calories. Yes, if you go in there and only order large soda's, greasy burgers, and large fries for every meal then you're gonna get fat. But if you exercise, watch calories, and order water instead of Coke then it can be done healthy.

Mate, I might only be able to manage a full mcdonalds medium meal once in about 6 months. The time before last I tried it, I threw most of it away it was that gross. I prefer the healthier options, there is no point in exercising to then fill myself with that rubbish. I would throw up after more than once in a day probably. I can believe it is that unhealthy!

Belch!! Hey, this ain't Subway!! This is the same stuff all the time. We tried it instead of the grocery store for a month and it only lasted 10 days. The next time we ate Mickey D's was 6 months later. About trying it sure go ahead.

I think you are foolish to repeat what you saw in a documentary that ended up being a cautionary tale to all of us, showing the obvious detrimental effects to his health, in his blood work, and other health monitoring data. He suffered mental depression; we saw him gain weight and his trim little belly "go sumo" on him. I also recall him puking his guts out one day. So with all of this data, and only having one body issued to you, why experiment with your health? The point of Morgan's show was to warn us with real data about fast food in excess. So, don't do it. I'm hoping you are just sending in this question for shock value and that you won't go there!

I think you can do it and stay healthy if you try.
Breakfast: order a "side order" of scrambled eggs, with salsa if you'd like to spice it up.
Lunch: grilled chicken salad with low-fat balsamic vinegrette (I get two packets).
Dinner: fish sandwich, hold the tartar sauce, and apple wedges for desert.
I think you'd actually lose weight on a day like this.

I did it too, and i got terribly sick.... I was 6'4 195 pounds going into it and I came out as 230 pounds... I would not reccommend it. My blood pressure and cholesterol sky rocketed! I would not advise you to ruin parts of your life for this.. I ate mcdonald's for 30 days and I regret it

Dude, you are crazyyyy.
You have seen the movie SuperSize me I guess, right??
You must have seen what king of problems the guy there had - choaking, chest pain, getting huge amounts of weight etc.
Don't even try it for one day - it is totally not healthy for you.

you like big macs and you cannot lie you like them burgers goin to your thighs when you walk into micky d's you rather get and extra large soda instead of some fresh brewed ice tea, that chicken is so fake fish wont even eat them as bait but since you want 30 days of mcdonalds go ahead i think thats great!

well i dont really know why you are doing it so i shouldn't have too much influence in your decision, but if you want to do that, go ahead although it is extremly unhealthy, your gonna gain lots of weight probably and also be less active.... also that is gonna cost a butt load of money, but if you want to do it, go for it, i think that would be pretty cool.
