I used to be proud of a lot of things about myself until later in life I realized that anything good that came from my life was due to the grace of God so He gets the praise, not any of us-even your little boy is a blessing from Him. He choose you to have this boy and for you to be it's mother-so how can there be pride on your part.

I know what you are trying to say but having been full of pride for years and finally realizing who has blessed me-that pride went out the window and is just replaced with the joy of knowing God is my Lord and all blessings and trials go through His loving hands for a reason.
