Zara...You said it yourself, "your a smart girl". Keep that in mind. I know the feeling about math. I was never a math whiz either and I felt the exact same way. When I was in college, I went and found a math tudor to help me and explain things that I didn't understand. When everything started making sense, I actually liked it. Don't be so hard on yourself. Find the right help, study, and relax. You really can do this....It's just numbers. Don't let them get to you. If I can end up making B's in math, you can too!!

Please, don't self-depricate yourself. Math is not an easy subject - it just takes practice & patience. Practice doesn't make perfect, practice makes permanent. Ex. say say you have a passion for Bio - you continue to study & process information. The more you practice Math, more information is stored & processed in your brain. If you don't like Math, its ok - choose a different Major. Which subjects intrigue you? Find a career path based on the major you enjoy. If you choose to become a Biologist - you'll need to study Math. You will be able to work hard, no matter what it costs, staying determined to achieve your goal! :-)

Get a Mathematics tutor. Its not a shame. When you are ill, you go to a doctor. When you have a problem in your teeth, you go to a dentist. Well, you have a problem with Mathematics, get a person who helps you understand. Sooner or later you will understand the subject. You are smart, so, there is any problem with your brain, you only are affraid and blocked
Another suggestions, join a Mathematics group, like this one:
www.groups.yahoo.com/group/calculusrocks.
and post your quesitons.

If you want, write to me, I will try to help you

Hah. How are you good at everything else except Math? I suck at everything but Math.
Math should be taught from an early age. It's really all common sense. Numbers are easy until you get to College, then it becomes a lot of thinking, but it's just applying everything you know.

hahaha... nicely, the two to be actual. The left and ideal techniques theory is basically an overgeneralization of techniques function. something you do will choose the two. Math to illustrate integrate symbolic, sequential, and so on., way of thinking. Symbolic refers to translating symbols/photographs, as a manner to translate the numbers as... nicely, quantity. Sequential refers to expertise what those mix of codes skill, like the mathematics equation. Symbolic is comprehensive (or so neurologist locate) with the help of left hemisphere, on a similar time as sequential is comprehensive with the help of ideal one. So the two works on the comparable time. perhaps i've got been given the left and ideal hemisphere interchanged, so, sorry.

We do it by practice, practice, and more practice. It also helps if you actually *learn* the definitions. Not just memorize them, but learn what the words *mean*.
Or you can always learn to say, "Would you like fries with that?" ☺
