I work at Wally World, and I was just wondering if anyone had a .pdf or some kind of copy of Wal-Mart's pay scale, or where to get one. What I really am curious about is the management payscale, if anyone knows.

From my understanding Walmart does not pay its employees very well. That is how the company can keep prices more than competitive. Also in the news recently Walmart has been ordered by a judge to repay $33,000,000.00 dollar for restitution to employees that were never paid or been underpaid for overtime accrued. I do not shop at walmart. They also take advantage of employees on their company insurance.
