Well, I make one cup of instant coffee-- but I usually between anywhere from 1-5 times the amount of instant coffee needed for one cup. It's kinda like taking speed. lol.

i drink about 2 but depends how much time i have in the morning. when i have my coffee I'm already at work and i have like 10 min before i start... i have to get up very early and run for the bus and train so I only get the chance to drink my coffeee at work... anyway to much coffe its not good for your heart so i don't go any further then 2 cups sometimes i only have one or nun.
