I'm curious as to what engineers and engineering project mangers around the US recieve as raises each year in terms of a %. I think what my company gives is an insult, especially when i increase my worth to the company each year

I graduated in '94 with an engineering degree (I was an engineer until about 1 year ago...now I am an engineering manager). Normally, I see between 2-4% depending on the company and how financially sound they are. If I get a promotion, I normally see 3-4% on top of that. And if you leave jobs and take another, you can get 5-10% more.
