hi actually I could really relate to your problem.....
I've been their, in your situation... when I was at your age, I used to be a shy one, there was that event one time that I don't really talk to my clasemates at our room, i'm just at the corner looking outside at our classroom window.....I took me a lot of time to overcome that shyness..... until I got into college... I came to my thinking and asked myself why do I hide myself in the dark,... and I don't even had an anwer to that question up to now....then i slowly practice talking to someone and it makes me realize that its not harmful to talk to just talk to someone, and then i build a friendship with someone whom i trusted and helped me to overcome all my fears....she told me that maybe my shyness comes from the attitude of being afraid that i might neglected by others that's why i don't talk to much...... and she even helped me build a better me....hope my short story about my life helps you in your problem.....
i know you could resolve that and I'm praying so that God will give you stregnht in overcoming that........God Bless and always remember.... You have to get out of your shell as soon as possible.....

I used to be so bad my mother would force me to go into mc donalds by myself and order food. I talked to nobody! I think putting yourself in a social environment helps. Force yourself to talk to people and it will get easier. Involve yourself more with other people, like school. Join a group of some sort or try a youth function. You'll have to work at it and its not easy but well worth the effort. Good luck.

Just jump in! The same thing happened to me last year. Just join the group of people talking and add some sentences here, a funny joke there. It really works. The way to get over it is to practice practice practice!

First find a group of kids who seem to have the same intrest as you. Then if you see one of the kids in the hallway compliment them...I like your shoes,if wear a band tee say wow I saw that band concert.normally this strikes up a conversation.just keep chill while your talk eye contact is key.introduce yourself.DONT say "i don't have any friends"that just makes you look silly.talk about things they could like.be interesting.good luck

Join a club. Something thats an after school curricular activity. You're sure to make friends that way. They'll be sharing what they like to do with you in that club, you know what I mean? Someone will talk to you, I promise. But you still need to gather up courage to walk up to them yourself.

Just go for it, understanding that this is also a part of your personality and there's nothing wrong with you. Talk!!! People like to hear about themselves so say something about the person you are talking to. "Wow, that's a cool shirt." "Where did you get those shoes?" "Is your mom cool?" I don't know. Just talk, but don't try to be someone you are not.
