Im a man and I will honestly say that I would love to have a beautiful woman who is a "10" however, most of them are all about "me, me ,me" 24/7 and they expect every guy in this world revolve around her. Can a beautiful self-centered woman ever change to become an unselfish woman?

She COULD change -- it is possible for people to recognize and correct their faults -- but will she? I wouldn't hold my breath. Maybe as she starts to age she'll realize there's more to life than appearances. That being said, there are many very beautiful women out there that are not self-obsessed.

I think that beautiful girls get lots of attention, and they get really used to it, so they develop an ego. I'm sure some of them are unselfish.
