Im a man and I will honestly say that I would love to have a beautiful woman who is a "10" however, most of them are all about "me, me ,me" 24/7 and they expect every guy in this world revolve around her. Can a beautiful self-centered woman ever change to become an unselfish woman?

A woman's ticket through life is her looks. The better her looks, the more free stuff comes her way. Attractive women wouldn't behave this way if so many guys didn't enable her by bowing to her every whim.
Yes they can change, but usually only after using up their best reproductive years partying and being a skank only to be worn out afterwards and in desperate need of a stable provider type.
You don't want to be one of those guys.

the reason is because some beautiful women know that there are always gonna be plenty of suckers out there who will cater to their every need ... no offence, but its men like you. Men who are so desperate to have someone who is physically beautiful, that they will put up with whatever BS that woman gives him. So they can afford to be self-centred cos they have lots of other options available to them.
Same reason that some beautiful men are usually boring and conceited and self-centred. they know that they can get almost girl they want so there is no need to try too hard.
It may also be because many beautiful women are cynical about men who want them just for their looks. Such men tend to forget that women are thinking human beings and not just trophies.
I expect that some women can change yes, with the right man. But that would very much depend on the woman. Each case is different.

They are self centered for the same reasons that men are controlling, careless, heartless and think not with their mind but hormones.
There. Is that broad enough a generalization for you?
No, I am not a man-hater but a feminist all the same so before making broad generalizations think about this. Perhaps you have not met a single beautiful women who is not conceited as i have not yet met a man who does not fit into the description I have provided. Does that justify my view on men? If not then that does not prove this view of yours on women correct.

Because they can be. If a woman is both attractive,......kind, and sane......she's never on the market. She's where she wants to be, in a relationship with a guy who takes good care of her. The hot ones that are "on the market" usually resent that fact and won't (can't) become bearable enough to secure a real relationship. Some are just having fun while they can though.

When you get a woman that really loves you, she'd sacrifice all it takes to have you. Beautiful women are also human beings, given to normal strengths and fallacies. Maybe you expect too much from the beautiful women you came across, that you overrate their normal behaviors, or you get intimidated by their beauty that you do not treat them as normal persons, and they take advantage of that. In any case, "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder", what strikes you as beautiful may just pass without someone's notice, and what you treat with just a passing glance could sweep someone off his feet.

If your pompous enough to think you know what a beautiful women is thinking. Beautiful self-centered women has always been a socially acceptable concept like dumb blondes but can you really blame someone who is the center of attention.

Sorry that has been your experience. Not all beautiful women are like that. I am a physically and mentally and emotionally beautiful women. Not self centered in the least. You need to keep looking and perhaps choose a different location to do your looking. Good luck and God bless****

Not all physically attractive women are self-centered, just as not all physically attractive men are. This is a stereotype, same as saying ALL Irish people are drunks, ALL Scottish people are cheap, ALL Jews are...I think you get it.
I could flip your question around a little and ask you why it is that attractive people sometimes come accross as being self-centered?
Possible Answers:
1). You are seeing something that isn't there (or)
2). You are seeing something that is there: ARROGANCE (and this applied equally to both sexes).

it is not all woman are self centered people just want with a perfect partner but i don't judge the way the look though they maybe beautiful but so what there are many woman out there that are more beautiful and not self-centered

The beautiful part is the reason why they're self-centered all they care about are themselves, (their looks, etc). Some change their attitude when they get older; some don't. Everyone is different
