Two nights ago. What surprised me though was that I wasn't in it.

Hm... funny you ask... most people have them everyday. I have about 1 to 3 a night and sometimes I remember each one, and sometimes I keep staring at the wall and trying so hard to remember it. I have a friend who is about 12, she never has dreams, and I know that because she cant even imagine what having a dream is like and sometimes people like that end up being lucky, because not having a dream might mean that you do not have anything bad that happened in your life. Sometimes it is wise to know a dejavu when u dream of one, it is an illusion of having previously experienced something actually being encountered for the first time. And about nightmares... mostly after watching movies that get played over and over in the head and then you just cant seem to throw it out. What is best to do when you have a nightmare is to remember the color green and imagine u see green grass, then remember bunnies, and imagine many many bunnies running around on that green grass. It helps ;)

Last night.
Every person dreams every time they're asleep and their mind is going through the REM state of sleep. Dreams are often "forgotten" when we wake because of the section of the brain that the information is stored in, but you'll find that if you grab a notebook as soon as you're up and try writing your dream down you'll might remember more of it.

I dream every night just like most people, only I tend to remember my dreams. Very seldom do I have nightmares.

A few years ago I was staying with beloved Mother for nine months till the cancer went to her brain and she dies, later I had recurring nightmares waking up screaming because she was wary to be around cats, because she rocked on a cats tail once, and I dreamed that lots of little kittens were attacking her, biting her and I kept taking them and throwing Them down and they just kept on jumping back on her ripping and clawing at her and her screaming.as she was screamed like she did once while I stayed with her and it was terrible, horrible. I still cry sometimes. My mother is a wonderful Christian.so I know where she is now.

I used to have them every night until I realized my bed was near a wall unit maybe I'm just EMF sensitive because every since I moved my bed my dreams have been awesome. People should really look where abouts their bed is and what its next to sometimes people are quite sensitive to electromagnetic waves so having your bed next to a wall plug can cause nightmares.

It grew to become into rather strange. considered one of my terrific acquaintances and that i've got been in this small room with this strange scientist dude that had black lights and a thick, pink auditorium curtain masking the doorway. We (we could call my buddy Jane) have been chatting with him, then without delay we've been whisked to this plane-touchdown internet site like in celebrity-Wars. Then the dude we've been with is going "How dare you oppose the chief?" And 'Jane' grew to become into preserving up a demonstration of a Hitler-like guy (i do no longer advise to be offensive right here), and then we turn and spot those military, hurricane Trooper-like adult adult males working around and searching for somebody. And, for the reason that's a dream, we knew it grew to become into Jane and me that they needed. So Jane and that i ran lower back to the scientist's room and concealed for a together as. Then we've been on the coastline, working and hiding in the weeds from the hurricane Trooper military adult adult males. All in all, it grew to become into an exceptionally whacky dream. inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it could be sturdy for a action picture or e book or something. lol!
