I'm not talking neutral like Switzerland, I'm saying pacifist, as in "if you attack us, we'll do nothing".

Hey - the French could tell you. They caved in during both World Wars, then talked big about how they were all members of the resistance, when in fact most of them were part of Vichy France.

depending on what the country has to offer..natural resources, viable women for the sex slave trade, technology, location...if you have nothing to offer, there would be no need to attack you...that doesn't mean it wouldn't happen..but the chances are slim.
