You have classic depression sounds like. Go see your doctor and tell him how you are feeling. Sometimes for no reason, our chemicals become imbalanced in our brains and simple medication can correct the problem in just a few weeks. Explain to your wife how you are feeling too. She isnt a mind reader and she is lashing out because of how you have been lately. She is confused too. Talk to her, and get things straight with her right now. Tell her you are going to go to the doctor and see if he can shed some light on the picture.
This is something that i would say 90% of people go through at some point in their lives. Dont be ashamed of it. Just seek help and correct it. You will be find in a few weeks. We have all been there.
Good luck to you and i am proud of you for having the courage to take this first step of admitting there is a problem. Now just go get the help you need. ;)

Depression is a common thing among people, but if you don't deal with it now it can become a serious problem. No matter what she does. You grab her lock the door and force her to listen to you, let her hear you out. If she's just upset over that, that means she's pretty petty. You made a mistake, unless she's never gotten upset with you then she can't be upset. Tell her you love her and that you're really sorry and then talk out your problems like two adults instead of avoiding talking to each other like children. Good luck sweetie!

Spend 20 minutes every day doing some form of exercise. This will release a hormone to help relieve the stress, depression allows to build up. Your doctor can confirm this and perhaps do a test to see if your brain chemicals are showing an imbalance also contributing to depression.

Just be honest with your wife and communicate and tell her how and what you are feeling... You also need to talk to a doctor and seek medical help and medication for this depression that you are feeling. The best way to take care of this is to go to a doctor and get medical help for it and counseling if need be. You also need to apologize to your wife and ask her to forgive you for how you have been treating her and acting.

You should be able to talk to your wife about anything. I know the depression thing cause I've been feeling it for a while except I know what's my problem. To many things to deal with and I just feel overwhelmed. ;o( I just got off the phone talking to my best friend so I had someone to talk to and let out my frustration to. It really helps me a lot to be able to do this. good luck and believe me I know just how you feel. ;o( take care.

Talk to her. You may need to seek some medical help. My husband suffers from depression, so I know how the both of you feel. Good luck, my thoughts are with you.

You need to see a doctor asap. Ask him/her for some advice on telling your wife what's up. Depression can rip a family apart, so don't wait to seek help.

Find a friend and talk to him/her first. Or write down your thoughts and express what you have been trying to tell her. Don't think about her reading it, it will be more honest that way. And give the piece of paper to her. But tell her to read it in front of you so you can talk.

Go see a professional. Maybe go as a couple after you do the initial session. Depression is no joke.
