To know who the Palestinians are, its important to review first some Jewish history. To make a long complicated story short. The land of Israel then called Cannan was ocupied by the jews about 1400 BC, by the followers of Moses led by Joshua.

The "Amarna letters", (Egyptian clay tablets) written forty years later to Pharaohs Amenhotep III and Amenhotep IV (Akhenaten) informed the Pharraohs that Canaan was being invaded by the "Habiru" — whom some scholars in the 1950s to 1970s interpret to mean "Hebrews".
This is the origin of the denomination "Hebrew".

So, from approximately 1400 BC. this was the land of the Jewish nation.

In the year 63 BC. Roman general Pompeious Magnus conquered the land of the jews (Israel and Juda)

After the death of Jesus, there were three mayor rebelions of the jews against their roman conquerors :
1.-The Great Jewish rebelion 66-70 AD.
2.-Kitos War 115-117 AD.
3.-Bar Kokhbar rebelion 132-135 AD.

After the third rebelion emperor Hadrian tired of such obstinate and rebellious subjects, dispersed (diaspora) the jewish population all thoroug the roman empire changing the name of the land to "Palestine -Syria" in an attempt to cut the historical ties of the jewish nation with their land.

Once the Hebrews had been thrown out of their land, neighboring people immediately occupied it, being called "Palestinians" according to the new name given by the romans.

This is the begining of the Palestinian nation. A varied group of people who occupied the land, the Jews had been forced to abandon.

When Mahoma´s followers conquered Palestine after 630 AD. its population were converted to Islam.

But the dispersed jewish nation for centuries longed to return to their God given land.
This was possible in 1948 after Worl War II, when they founded the Republic of Israel.

Historical accounts and genetic evidence indicate that today's Palestinians are descendants of Jews and Christians that lived in Palestine at the time of the Arab conquest. Arab can mean people descended from the inhabitants of the Arabian peninsula , which Palestinians are not, or people who converted to Islam and speak Arabic as a native language which they are. I think that God can fulfill his promise to the Jews with out the need for the US to get involved.

You are very close. During the reign of one of the last Roman Emperors, The Jews were removed from their land and all maps had the nation of Israel changed to Palestine. The Nomadic Arabs and those in surrounding areas were given the land and named Palestine's. They do not have any real claim to the land and when Israel was reborn in 1948 they began an all out war to destroy the nation of Israel. They are Islamic extremists. Descendants of Abraham's illegitimate son with his wife's hand-maiden Hagar.

The Palestinians actually did not gather until World War One. Watch the movie Lawrence of Arabia. He united the Arab tribes and later they became the Palestinians.

we've not got inhabitants censuses constantly for the main suitable 3000 years. as quickly as you insist on proscribing to the contemporary borders of the state of Israel, existence gets complicated, by way of actuality there wasn't a recognisable entity of that (very small) length till 1948. The definition of 'race' is exceedingly dodgy, so it could have helped in case you will defined what you have been which skill. we are waiting to assume the Bedouin have been indoors the area that long. all individuals comprehend there have been Jews indoors the area via way of that component, besides the undeniable actuality that for specific Jews are no greater a race although the practitioners of a faith. Annt has given you some interesting figures for Jerusalem. one component we DO comprehend is that Arabs weren't there till the seventh century. And in case you think of of people are dissatisfied via way of the question, could it, basically in all probability, could desire to do with the undeniable actuality that the answer to this seems to be of mandatory magnitude to you and a few others indoors the attempt to 'coach' that Jews have no acceptable to be there? There extremely for specific has been no 'race' indoors optimal persons for the main suitable 3000 years. subjects have fluctuated over the main suitable 500. And your component is? EDIT: good, funnily sufficient, I don’t disagree that the Arabs have a acceptable to be there, although our enormous distinction could lie interior the region ‘there’ is definitely-known to be. there are a number of Arabs who're Israeli voters, and for specific most of the mandate area grew to alter into Transjordan/Jordan, the region all individuals agree Arabs have a suitable acceptable to be (even although, oddly, it variety of feels to be complicated for Palestinians to settle there…..). Jews have additionally ‘constantly’ been there. I don’t have a non secular or secular thought that each and every guy or woman has “greater desirable” acceptable. I basically take place to have self thought that Jews, who've suffered persecution on just about each and every continent, desire someplace to be shield and Israel is what we’ve have been given. I truthfully have many criticisms of Israel’s government’s coverage relatively the ‘fence’ and how it’s decrease back Palestinians off from their olive groves and so on. in case you DO have self concept Jews have a acceptable to be there, I’d be somewhat involved to hearken to the variety you adventure subjects could improve from outstanding here. the excellent component is a horrid mess and that i'm arranged to comprehend any perspectives that are useful.
