the folks here that didn't vote for him, and now see him ignoring the advice of his constituants, people, and military generals? I want him tried for crimes against humanity, or at the least impeached! What can I do when everyone hates us and I am worried all the time!! Can I come stay with you? I will behave, and I'm real funny sometimes! A touch cranky in the wee morning but my chocolate cake will make up for it! I'll work and earn my keep! Please!

Firstly, as a Brit, I don't hate the Americans. However I must admit that I was surprised when he was re-elected. In the UK, we have a similar situation. Our Labour Government actively promotes the breakdown of law and order and with such lenient prison sentences, can't understand why our prisons are now completely full. If prison sentences were longer, there would be far less re-offending and in the long term, prisons would be less crowded.

The similarity between our two nations is that, despite this, Tony Blair was also re-elected. I should point out that most of the Labour faithfulls have finally cottoned on to the fact that the Labour party are not fit to govern and that there's no chance of them winning the next General Election. But in the meantime, we must wait for the next election before they can be booted out of office.

But on a more serious note, is your chocolate cake really THAT good!

Take care.

Since you ramble on then maybe if I answer one at a time with spaces in between you can grasp the answer:

No I don't blame the MAJORITY of our population who voted for him, if anyone would be to BLAME it would be those who did not vote.

I don't see him ignoring the advice of those parties you list, but taking the advice of those consultants, people (who elected him to take responsibility and take charge) and those military generals who have the insight and the ear of the troops.

Tried for crimes or impeached. History will judge him, just as it has Jane Fonda, Adolph, and JFK. My vote is for a medal.

"everyone hates us" Get use to it, because it could be worse especially if you didn't have deep pockets. Take a pill for your worries.

Want to go somewhere, you can buy a ticket, get a passport and leave -- oh yeah wanted chocolate cake, be careful where you go, and your right to work may be challenged in some places.

We all wish you had voted for Josiah Bartlett...

We wish you would ban US presidential candidates and political parties from talking about religion. We think of religious people as a bit kooky, and having the most powerful nation in the world led by people who still look to the bible for moral guidance makes us feel very worried.

And you do have to accept that your nation voted Bush in twice. Perhaps you should be more afraid of your fellow countrymen, as it would seem that the majority of them disagree with your world view... Fleeing is not the answer - gather together other liberal members of the intellegensia, propose a program of eugenics to remove people of a lower IQ from the US (thus halving your population and helping out on global warming too) and the US will be a much nicer place to live...

I find it bizarre that the Republican voters who are all for 'family values' would elect a former drunken lawbreaking cocaine addict as President! The man clearly has no morals and after rigging the election results should have been not only dismissed but should face various charges for racism & homophobia. If our Prime Minister Tony Blair had said half the things Bush has h would have been sacked and faced criminal charges by now. Most people who dislike Americans (i'm not 1 by the way!Luv you guys!!) dislike them because of idiots like Bush and their outdated hypocritical views. You can come stay with us anytime haha!!! Can we live with you though-where do you live??Is it somewhere sunny & nice?Could do with a break from all this rain!!!!!!

I do not blame the American people. They were taken in by Bush's lies just as we were taken in by Blair's in UK.

The trouble with Bush is that he is trying to do the right thing in completely the wrong way and he is too pig headed to learn. He is killing American young men by the thousand, impoverishing America and in the end nothing will change.

If he wanted to punish Al Queda and Sadam, he should have bombed to hell their military and economic installations, without a single soldier going in and repeat it as required. That is what the Israelis have done in Lebanon. Clever lot.

You Americans had a problem with Bill Clinton and being the conservative bunch you are you went over the opposite way. It would be easy to blame slick Willy for not being able to keep it in his pants but you the people have to pay for it. You have taken a step in the right direction in electing a new congress now you just have to keep it going : manifest your support for your congressmen and the rest will follow as surely as night follows day.

Obviously we can't blame all 300 million people for the actions of one idiot & anyway, wasn't the election result suspect?

We can however blame those of you foolish enough to have voted him in for a second term...

Oh & by the way, I didn't vote for Dubya's poodle Blair.

stupid people always blame the Christians.

if you really believe everyone who voted for bush was a christian you live in cuckoo land.

only american people can change america. You lot need to stop mixing nationalism with politics. Critising your leader is what keeps them on their toes, stop the flag waving crap and stupid nationalistic speeches and start focusing on real issues.
