just do a google.com search and you'll find a few free sites, maybe enter "Free fonts"

freefonts are downloadable. you need to search google.com for them, and choose the free ones, that are Open Source and True Type Fonts, so they should be scalable, and without any fees.
Also, check the site that has 134,430 Open Source programs, apps. : http://sourceforge.net
