I really would like to attend a school that is out-of-state. With the out of state fees I would be in horrible debt when I graduate. I want to know if there is anyway around out-of-state fees?

The only way I can think of is to set up residency in that state. You'd have to have an apartment at least (I'm definitely not the expert)...and get your driver's license and all switched. Then live there for a minimum of 1 year...then I think the University may consider you in-state.

I know in Oklahoma if you keep your GPA over 3.5 then out of state is waived.
