I just got my period today, but it is extremely light. I think I might be pregnant. When should I take a test to get the most accurate results?

You can go ahead and test if it will make you feel better. Don't listen to people who say you aren't pregnant if you get your period...especially if it's very light, it could just be implantation. Also, some women have full-on periods while pregnant, so it's very narrow-minded of people to shoot you down by saying it's not possible for you to be pregnant. If this is about 14-19 days after the supposed conception, your results would be pretty accurate either way. Good luck!

A light "period" can very possibly not be a period at all ... it can be implantation bleeding. In my case, I had ectopic pregnancy bleeding around the time my period should have hit, but that is very, very, very rare. Take a test in the morning or after you've had little to drink and haven't gone to the bathroom for at least a few hours (to build up the concentration of HcG if there is any), then repeat it in 2-3 days to be sure (if it is negative).

If you think you might be pregnant, then you should go ahead a take one. It is usually best to take a pregnancy test the first day you miss your period. First morning urine has the highest hormone levels in them.

Well if uve gotten ur period...then you usually arent pregnant. youre period has tobe 2 weeks late or longer for you be pregnant...but if u think you are then get a test done asap
