It's most likely dead for good now. The first thing you should do when you get an electronic device wet is remove the batteries right away. DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON to see if it still works. This sends the electricity through the circuits and causes the components to be short circuited and ruined. You should take it apart and dry it out with a hair dryer on it for awhile and then let it sit apart for 24 hours... then try turning it on. You could try drying it out thoroughly anyway and try your luck but don't count on it working now. Water can get inside components and corrode them very easily making them unusable. To fix this would require replacing every affected component which would be more expensive and troublesome than buying a new one. Good luck.

ive had this take place earlier dont subject guy only wait till it dries, while its became on meaning the water is dried up, water in it is not solid for electrical energy so as that could desire to be the clarification why its no longer working, try drying it.
