I can log on my account, then log in my character fine and walk around, but here is the problem: My character is invisible, half my items are "?'s", and I can't see chat at all.
Please give me some help and thanks in advance!

send this problem to the admin in game and they can fix that for you

Check your in-game graphics settings first. If they are fine, check your graphics card. Also check your connection...are you behind a firewall or running any anti-virus software?
You might try updating your drivers on your graphics card and making sure you have the latest DirectX downloaded.
That's about all I can think of right offhand..
