I nearly said honesty - but then thought many people aren't tactful with it and cause offence. .. I do look for tactfulness/sensitivity with the honesty.

I like honesty first and foremost. Second would have to be a sense of humor and third a kind person.

First and foremost, they must love The Lord with all their heart. If they do that, then I'm sure they'll have other traits I prefer, which include honesty & sensitivity.
