Mowt-zart is the correct pronunciation, that's why. (moht-sahrt, according to dictionary.com) We pronounce mozzarella and pizza with a t sound also, so if you keep that in mind you'll remember to pronounce it correctly even though it will sound strange to you for awhile.

Those guys are Jews , in the HEBREW language you should put "tz" to spell it correctly it is equivalent to the HEBREW letter "צ"
