Weird noises from computer?

My computer is making these strange static-y noises and I have no idea why. I don't think it's a virus or anything.

Mine does this also when there is interference from other devices such as a cell phone.

It could be the fan or the hard disk.

Have it checked by a qualified technician.

is it from the cpu or the speakers if its from the speakers try restarting your computer if its internal it could be yiour hard drive
