My new Dell computer works well except one thing. Sometimes vidoes have moving green or white dots all over. Sometimes different graphics have these same little dots that are stationary. What could the problem be? Oh- I tried a monitor from another compute that works fine, but I still have the same probem on my Dell.

well you might need to update your graphics card or it could be that the video is bad quality

what i would do is go ask the dell people what is going on
