I fancy this man and i think he fancies me too. How can I figure if he feels the same (without asking)?

Trust your feelings. Does this man notice you? Does he talk to you frequently when he is nearby? Does he go the long way around the office to wherever he is heading to get a look at you? The more he notices you the more likely he likes you. No need to ask , but keep your eye out to see if any of these things seem to be there. One day, when you feel it's appropriate, ask to join him at lunch or a coffee or something like that. Then by all means talk with him. Lack of communication is the biggest problem in romance. Body language says a great deal. If you get the sense he wants to take you out then you cannot ask or say anything. The entire date will be hand signals and body language only. Think of how great it is not to have to say anything. After all you don't want to ask him if he feels that same way about you.

It is not for figuring. It is for directly knowing. Stand fairly close to him and check your intuition. Your intuition will be in the front part of your stomach. Listen to it. Believe in what it tells you. If you don't feel anything, it is on "receive," and will tell you what it got later,when you are alone.

Ask him to have coffee with you. Coffee is safe it doesnt say date or love it could be friends too.
If he accepts he at least likes you. Then see how things go at coffee. If you feel comfortable you can ask him over for a home cooked dinner.
