I just answered Hillary Clinton's question about health care, and it got me to thinking about how the internet can really be a tool for polititions to find out what people really want. Of course the internet has been around for a while now, but it seems like forums like Yahoo Answers and others have really taken off lately.

So how do you think these online forums and question sites will effect the election?

No, but I think that the internet will play a very key role in the 08 election. It's already starting to get hot and we're not even in the 2nd month of the new Congress. Remember when Perot said something about the internet being an important tool for us? Well, I think the time has come for all Americans to get into the blogs or forums and share their opinions about their main issues. The internet will also help third parties especially if there's a key or influencing candidate that can bring media coverage to them. Third parties like the Libertarians, Reform, Greens or Constitution can play such a key role in 08 that it's not funny. From what other people have told me, they're sick and tired of voting for the lesser of two evils or voting strategically. I don't know why but see something really big happening in 08 and one of the 2 parties (it might be the Republicans) will feel the shock and a third party or an alliance of third parties are going to rise soon. The internet should be used for good reasons like to have voters in the 18-25 group to see that their vote can change; we just have to be convinced. Thanks for your time!!

those individuals on Yahoo are the folk who adjust to Beck, Rush and Hannity...they are Bush supporters who're distressed or extraordinarily offended that Obama gained the election. those individuals are too lazy to do the learn on any situation and depend superb on fake information etc to tell them what to sense. Obama did 3 concerns...he's unique, he's a democrat and he dethroned their social amassing. And in an attempt to get even or regain the cope with...they stoop to any and all point of conduct, perceive calling and down ideal lies. What a tragic bunch. they might now no longer be pleased working in a pie production unit and getting a chew of each and each pie!

It may have a small impact but not a big one. Hillary already has plans to make medicine socialized by having the government take it over like in Canada and Great Britain.
