I'll get you my address. I do have a small Haz Mat charge for this service though. You'll have to ship it to me pre-paid and the Haz Mat disposal charge is $5.00 per ounce. That's half the price of all the other "Gold Disposal" services on the net. So let me know if you are interested.

Gold is a well known toxin, a dangerous biohazard. Lives and civilizations have been lost due to loose gold. It is recommended that the safest way to dispose of gold is to put it back where it was found originally, deep in the ground where nobody can find it.

Gold is very unreactive, and has no end to it's usual life. Unlike what a previous poster said, it is not hazardous; if you accidentally ate gold it would just pass right through you.

If you have gold you no longer want, you can sell it to a jewelry store. Many smaller ones buy gold. Or you can have it melted down and molded into something new, and give it as a gift to someone special.

Melt it or make it into gold dust.

Maybe just throw it outside your window, im sure it will be a very quick disposable decision hehz.

Gold is an element. There is no need to dispose of it. It can always be recycled.

you could melt it by putting it in fire. or, if you're asking what happens to it, it either becomes part of the soil or will get burned up at the end of the world.
