With my 1st pregnancy it was around week 16 but I am convinced that every so often I can feel a very light flutter very low in my pelvis and I am just about 12 weeks along. I am also starting to show which I understand is very unusual to. Any comments on this would be helpful. Thanks.

The first time I was pregnant, I think I felt the baby around 18 weeks, and I already started showing before that. With this pregnancy, I'm 12 weeks today and started feeling the butterflies yesterday. I only notice it when I'm laying down though. I think with the second time around, you know what to expect and are able to notice it sooner. Also, with this pregnancy, I've only gained five pounds so far, so I haven't really started showing or wearing maternity clothes yet, but I live in pants with elastic waists. Jeans just don't fit the same. Don't worry about showing already though. Not every woman or every pregnancy is the same. Congratulations and good luck.

It's not unusual to show that early your second time around. I started to show at week 12-14 and could also feel my baby flutters by week 14. I didn't show until almost 20 weeks the first time and couldn't feel him until about the same (didn't know what i was feeling for). Congratulations!

i started feeling little flutters once in awhile when laying down at 12 weeks. The regular little "taps" came around 16 weeks.

Your baby is still VERY small and usually it is hard to tell the difference between intestinal movement and baby this early.
