Guys have wet dreams less often if they are ejaculating while they are awake, either from masturbation or sex play with a partner.
A guy's wet dream is a very sexy dream that is so intense that he ejaculates (cums) during his sleep. Women and girls have wet dreams, too. Their vaginas become lubricated as they become sexually aroused in their dreams. There is less evidence of wet dreams in women than in men because less liquid is produced or spilled on the bed sheets.
Wet dreams are healthy and natural and, usually, pleasant — they're nothing to be embarrassed about. Most teenagers have them, and a lot of adults have them, too.

You body makes sperm continuously and that sperm must be released either through sex or masturbation. If it isn't then it releases itself in a wet dreams.
Try to masturbate more often, especially at bedtime. This should stop the wet dreams and you will be awake to enjoy them more.

Wet dreams are the normal way of the body to release the congestion of the seminal vesicles in males who don't have sexual relations or don't masturbate. That is why we use underware under the sleeping pants or shorts. If you don't want to stain the underwear, put some toilet paper inside them when you go to bed. When they get wet take it off and in the morning flush it down the toilet. The semen is nor dirty.
