It depends on where you're located - different states/cities have different laws. Either way, if your locality does allow you to carry, you would have to qualify for and pass a federal background check for a concealed carry permit, if it's available. Your local sheriff's office or police department can advise you on concealed carry laws in your area.

Our local server carries one (he has a permit) since he says he is frequently attacked by people not wanting to be served. Also, you have to enter bad neighborhoods.Are you sure you want to go into this line of work??

If you want to carry one because your a process server...the answer is no. If you want to carry one as a civilian, it depends if you have a weapons permit.

Of course you have a right to protect yourself and your home or property!!!!!! I personally don't believe I would be concerned if I did not have a permit!!!! The permit is just another way of creating revenue for the city or county!!!!! Protect yourself and your family any way you can !!! Permit or no Permit!!!!!

you got a permit? well then yes anyone can carry a gun you just dont have clearance to kill people is all hahha
