How do you get sound for yahoo and pogo games? I have sound for but the games don't.?

In pogo games at the top of each game table there is a little speaker picture, click on that, then they should work.

Yahoo games at an open game table there is a little box with the word sound next to it, check that box and should work.

If these do not work I would email the help sites for each.
