Maybe the signs go up BEFORE they plant the grass. Or perhaps there are just people who don't obey the rules!

As a granny who used to follow all the rules....today i think of the absurdity of some.............then I make a decision......this is one i ignore if i have to walk around the grass....if you don't want me on the grass, place little stones for me to walk on..

This is a closely guarded secret that only current or former lawn keepers know.....Im entrusting this secret with you so keep quite about it but there individuals out there with extremely long arms and when signs like the one you mentioned need to be posted they are brought in to do the job.

It is the Lawn Fairy that does this, as opposed to the Lawn Devil who makes the weeds grow faster then the grass.
