For your scars:
I suggest using Bio Oil (availble for pharmacies and deparment stores). It isn't very expensive and its probably the best thing you can use. You should also try products containing Vitamin E. Keep in mind that you can't make all your scars disappear. You could also consult a professional beautician for some advice, althought any professional treatment may be expensive.
For your acne:
If the acne is mild, wash your face morning and night, tone, and use moisturiser. Exfoliate once or twice a week. Apply a product containing tea tree oil to directly to your pimple. Keep your hair off your face.
Good luck!

Theres many over the counter scar fading creams. Although it won't go away entirely, it'll fade a lot. Merdema is over the counter drugstore cream that you apply twice a day to help lighten the scar and help make it fade. I think plastic surgery is wayyy to expensive and unecessary. First try the cream and if not, see a plastic surgeon about it. For acne, try Proactiv. It worked a bit for me but my acne came back so now im on prescriptive creams.

I have a bunch of scars also but was told my only options are to (1)live with it or (2)have surgery to remove them. So, I chose number 1 because I don't have any way of paying for the surgery right now.

As the old people say, "Nani ke Nuske", try this method: 1. Wash your face with luke warm water. 2. Make a paste of Haldi, Curds and Chandan powder. 3. Apply the paste all over your face for 15 days. Stop eating oil/fried stuff and you will see the results.

My stepdaughter had blackheads and pimples pretty bad. She used Proactiv and it did help her. She actually didn't do it everyday either like they say to.
I think you can buy it in drugstores now instead of on tv.
