those aren't war movies, nesacariliy. Alexander sucked, but i liked the resti of your. my guess? you like those movies where there are 2 groups of guys standing opposite each other, holding weapons of some sort, there's a moment of silence...and then they all rush each other. so much fun. i imagine "300" will be that sort of movie, its going to be out in theaters soon. try "the mummy" and "the mummy returns" which aren't war movies per se, but they run in the same vein, and since i love every one of those movies that you listed, and i loved both Mummy movies, chances are, you will, too. enjoy!

Gladiator and Brave Heart are definetly your best bet. Unless you want to watch all of the Lord of the Ring series in a row. Kingdom of Heaven wasn't too bad, if you're in to the crusades. As for Troy and King Arthur, I believe that they are a waste of time.
