I don't mean like feeling it move, but like the actual baby. My friend is 7 months pregnant and she said she can feel the head of it I'm 21 weeks but I can't actually feel the baby. Should I be able to? I've felt it kick e.t.c but not an actual baby.

Its hard to actually know what your feeling, the baby can be in so many different positions. When I was pregnant, I could feel it kick and move but could never actually feel the baby, I just could tell it was a kick from the leg, or the hand. Don't be worried, as long as you can feel it moving, then don't sweat it.

the difference between 21 weeks and 28 weeks is probibly a almost a pound of baby weight. It's very normal that you can't feel the actual baby yet, and very normal she can. You'll probibly be able to feel the baby at about the same point. 7 months. Best of luck to ya!

You do mean feel the actual baby inside you right, not just kicks? Yea I thought so hehe. If push down on your abdomen slightly can you feel him? Still probibly not eh? Again i say about 7 months :)

It's usually around 19 weeks when you feel them kick. To actually feel them move. Anytime after that. It depends... Anytime I drank ice cold water my baby would rotate... No you may not be able to feel the head unless it's really pressed up against her stomach. It's hard for another person to pin point what part of the baby they are feeling, etc...

Around your fifth month or later you will begin to feel the baby's movement. Because as they grow, their living space is getting cramped up, and it depends on the pelvic girdle, the position of the baby, and some other things. But don't become discouraged wether you feel movement or not. At first it feels neat, but as you go farther along, the baby's movement becomes uncomfortable for you and it's hard for you to sleep. But everyone is different. And of course she's farther along so she's gonna feel more movement from the baby. But as long as your ob/gyn can get a heartbeat and a good ultrasound, don't worry because you'll feel it. Believe me. The baby can also hear outside voices and pick up on what language you're speaking arount the 5th month. Play some music and read and let daddy and others talk to your stomach and see if the baby responds. I thought that was cool.

I was 7 months with my daughter and 5 1/2 month with my son. Your baby might be small. My son was 7 lbs 11 ounces and 21 1/2 inches and my daughter was 6 lbs 10 ounces and 20 inches. My daughter hardly moved, and I was scared, I checked my fetal movements and they said it was okay, I was getting ready to give birth, but then four months later we found out she has torticollis, a musclar defect and she hardly wanted to move in the womb, because if she moved it would hurt., They say this is common, but I wouldn't worry about it unless the baby is born with it. Good luck. I don't mean to scare you, but most people don't know about this.

No you shouldn't be able to feel the baby moving inside of you right now. The only you should be feeling is the baby kicking. I just started to feel my baby moving around at 7 months. It is funny because not only can you feel it but if you stare at your stomach you can see them actively moving inside of you as well as you can feel them by touch too. So don't worry.

I could never feel which body part of my baby was sticking out. I could feel the kicking from 16 weeks on.

I had three children and could never figure out what was what... I had friends who could figure out what an elbow kick felt like as compared to a foot... or whether that round ball was his head or his bottom... I never knew. I remember that happening later on, though... the last month or two..
