Well, my options would be any of the English speaking countries, Austria (I lived there for a while in my mid twenties), Italy (my husband lived there as a young adult) or someplace like Malaysia where the US dollar goes a looooong way.
I think I would have to settle on Canada, though. Honestly, I'm probably just too spoiled to live anywhere else.

Italy for sure! I'm part Italian on my Mom's side and I just love the culture...and food...and everything else! I'll probably never move out of the U.S. but it'd be great to stay for the Summer sometime.

I wouldn't want to move to another country but yeah, Canada would be a good choice. (Good health care)

Northern California is such a total blast!
*Great climate
*Excellent diversity of ethnic foods/cultures
*Tons of outdoorsy stuff to do
*Lots of martial arts options
However, given a choice (AND if I could afford it) I would probably like to spend a few years in:
*Okinawa (Food, people, and Karate!)
*Oman (Lots of history, cool culture/people, nice beaches, etc.)
*Southern France (Lots to do, the rest of Europe is readily accessible, outdoorsy, cool discos, etc. )
(;=]
