Well, Kitaro a Japanese style music has some very impowering songs, but then again, others are meditation sort of songs. But I personally like Orochi by Kitaro. The story behind the song is about fighting an 8-headed dragon and the song is very intense. I would like to listen to it while running, but maybe that's just me.

Another song that I would suggest is I'm Free by The Who

Rocky theme tune is good. I listen to rock music when I'm training the guitars help boost adrenaline when I start to feel tired.
Metallica songs seem to work best for me - Battery, No Leaf Clover, Sad But True, Welcome Home Sanitarium, there are loads of them.
Big-headed rap songs work as well, they boost the ego. Dr Dre, Forgot About Dre always gives me extra energy.
