First place, make sure that the Razr you buy is for the correct phone service. That is, if you have Cingular, make sure that it is a Cingular Razr, not a Sprint Razr.

Check their return policy and then you can check to see if the store is a power seller. Just look at the name and in parenthesis next to their name is the number of transactions they have had. The bigger the number the better the store is, cuz a store that has 10000 transactions can not be all bad. I got my treo 600 thru this at a good price.

well how much time is left on the auction? if theres more then a few hours left, the price is going to go up without a doubt. If its ending soon then make sure the seller has good feedback and see how much experience they have selling things. If they have good feedback and the description doesnt sound sketchy then go for it.... ebay has buyer and seller protection so if theres any problems u can find help (especially if you pay with paypal)

i personally wouldnt buy a razor my friend theyre sooo over-rated!! i certainly wouldnt dream of ever payin more than £50 for 1 on ebay either sorry.

look for a phone with low start up like 1p then ask the seller a question...put them on the spot and ask how much would you sell as a buy it now? if seller comes back with a silly high amount then tell him no thanks...tell him what u were expecting to pay that amount, and mark my words he will want to negotiate a price with u
