How do I get internet options to open?

When I click on internet options it just blinks but won't open. Won't open through control panel either

Click on Start > control panel> internet options

open any softwar Q&A troubleshoot....it has a picture of a question mark on a book....click open that and go to options and then internet options....

If theres anothe way...its probably only work for 2000 or below systems....

Reset your internet to original config.

try rebooting your pc and try again
