The temporary strength one receives from anger, rage, hatred, resentment, and bitterness is delusional, and can not be made productive.
These are always very destructive mental and emotional factors, which do cause harm to ourselves and to others.
Cultivate your strengths, your better qualities, factors of Patience, understanding, wisdom, lovingkindness, and insight, which are already within you. These factors you can cultivate, and are productive, bringing you much strength, stable inner peace and happiness. You might possibly want to begin with learning, and practicing the mindfulness of breathing, which Thich Nhat Hanh teaches. Mindfulness of breathing will help bring out the positive, productive factors which "will" help you harness
Much wholesome Strength for yourself.

I'm assuming you're serious. Rage, resentment & bitterness are negative emotions. There isn't ANY good energy in them. Think about what evokes these emotions in you. Think about whether or not you could do something constructive with that energy. If not, just LET IT GO. It's not really that you "harness" your energy, you direct it rationally.

This is an easy one.

Running.

You get yourself a treadmill (one that is capable of really high speeds). Next, you hook up an electro-magnetic power generator to your treadmill and then connect it to the power lines on a circuit that goes out to your local hydro substation. WARNING: this should be done by your power company -- never tamper with power lines on your own. Presto! You've just created a new power source for the community.

Here's how it works:

Ever see the intro to the old tv show 'The Six Million Dollar Man" where Steve Austin is really gum-bootin' it on the treadmill? That's what you're going to look like the next time someone REALLY fogs your goggles. So the next time someone takes a dump in your tuba, flick on the generator, get on the treadmill and run like hell. I swear you'll generate enough power to light up Las Vegas.

The only way I can think of is to use it to do something you know you've been needing to do for a long time, and be bad at the same time. Kind of like being disgusted at yourself.
