i have a Mac G4 running OSx 10.3.9
I purchase a Belkin wireless desktop card (PCI) and installed it, but when i turn on my computer.... My monitor doesn't turn on! Help

I had a belkin product once, bought it at walmart and had the same problem. Went and got a linksys and never had the problem again. I would say it is the product, or you forgot to plug your monitor back in...

Belkin products are bargain-priced and have engineering to match.
I would recommend either an AirPort card, or an external router that you connect through Ethernet (I have a Linksys unit that has served flawlessly since 2002).

Remove card and reboot computer. Call Belkin tech support.

It is possible that your video card shares resources with that PCI slot.
Can you put the card into another PCI slot?
FYI, for macs it makes more sense to get an aiport card. Depending on the age of your machine it will have a slot for an aiport or an airport extreme.
