24 hours and then you decide if that time that they are asking for will work for you or not. You can reschedule if you need to or tell them that time won't work, but the next day, or 3 hours later will work. You must be reasonable, but you have a lot of rights in the matter.

Your lease is still valid until the end of the lease period. So any new owner would be your new landlord.

best of luck

the owner has a correct to enter the unit to make upkeep, yet no longer to renovate the house. by technique of breaking the lease you've made an association with the owner to herald new tenants so he's not dropping condo income. you may refuse to allow the owner to paint the unit yet that defeats the finished purpose of creating an contract contained in the first position. A neighbor smoking cigarettes no longer to point pot will be sufficient reason to break a lease, surprisingly if that neighbor is a tenant of your landlord. subsequently you should bypass to court docket.

Landlord needs to give the minimum amount of notice that is stated in the lease agreement. That is usually at least 24 hours. Read your lease.

I don't know about Denver, (look up your local laws and ordinances online) but she should give you ample time to get ready for this. Some people don't care, though. I know here, it is two months (60 days) so I would think that long BUT look up for YOUR area.
