I've taken Nytol previously and it's helped me nod off but this time it's done the opposite it's made my heartbeat fast and i feel a bit aggitateded dont know if i'll fall asleep.Anyone else felt the same??

The best sleeping remedy is Tesco's Sleepeeze tablets available from Tesco pharmacy they are really good and a lot better than Nytol, no side effects.

yes my friend takes nytol all the time she started on nytol herbal now she is on nytol the stronger ones she cant live with out them now so be carefull , its sounds like they dont agree with u go the docs and c what they can do for u good luck .

Nytols ingredient is just an antihistamine so it may not make everyone go to sleep.
It sounds like you may have had a reaction to the ingredient.

It seems ti have no effect in me, and I have tried it several times. If you are feeling agitated and have a fast heartbeat you could be having a reaction to one of the ingredients or just be very stressed;

I tried them once and in the morning I felt more tired than when I went to bed and woke up with a headache so i changed to the verbal version which worked for me.

Tesco do an exra strong sleep aid behind the counter its just anti histamines try that.

no but yucould now be alergic to its contents find something else to use
every triend insence nagchampa not sure of spelling but it has a sllepy effect on people
