OK Theres this girl, right. Well it's between me and this other guy. Well she really likes me, she just doesnt wanna break the toher guys heart. Well we were talkin about it, and we came to the conclusion that, if he really liked her, he wouldnt try to own her. ( He hates it when she talks to me, he's threatend to try to beat the hell out me, like 6 times) Well they were mad at each other yesterday. Well, then a strange thing happend, at the basketball game, all of a sudden things were better, and the were all over each other..( not makin out, just leain on each other and stuff like that,) well then after the game, they all went to a party. Sunday me and her are supposed to hang out. It's just really confusing signals....everyonse telling me " dont mess with his girl"...everyones been talkin shi t....and rumors that arent true have been started, i"m just in a stick, confusing, situation, and need some advice on what to do.

But here's the thing. They are not dating. It's between me and him. SO she's just as much my girl, as she is. He has no right to cross the line, since there not even dating, I wouldnt ever try to steal someones girl. This isn't his girl. This isnt my girl. In the future if they go out, I wont pursue it. In the future if we go out, I guarantee you, he'll have sumthin to say about it. SO what should i do?

Not knowing you, the girl or the other guy, there is no way to give you specific advice on this.
But consider this: the dating process is designed to learn how to deal with situations regarding relationships. This one is a classic, two guys, one girl.
Get this: if none of you are dating, then the excuse of "not breaking another's heart" is a poor one. This sounds like a line from a movie. There is no heart to break (they are not even dating). There is no exclusive relations. There are no strong emotional bonds.
Your friends are telling you to stay away from her because she sound like she is enjoying the attention at your expense. Is she interested in you or in the other guy or can she not make up her mind? If none of you are dating, how is she supposed to make up her mind?
Granny used to tell me to piss or get off the pot. Either date her or do not date her, but this current situation is childish. If you want to learn about adult human relationships then you need to date. If she cannot, then perhaps you need to find someone who can.

She will show by her actions who she really wants to be with, so just chill out a little bit and observe her actions rather than what she says. Back off a bit and give her the space to choose you BY HER ACTIONS not by what she says. Let her choose you because you are worth it and you deserve to let it be her choice. If she chooses you than how can you end up with a black eye or worse? It would be her choice right? Hope this helps.
