Well that is a fantasy that a lot of men want. You ask if the relationship will work after that? I will depend on both the main characters participating on this. How strong is their feeling for each other, and how well they know each other.
Most of the time if will not work, because someone will get jealous, and then the arguments will start.
Only people with high self esteem and that are very sure of what they want and are, would come out OK at the end.

As a male that has been in this situation, I will try to offer some insight. Their can be many reasons that men can feel being with two women would be interesting. One fellow be interested in it because it would make him feel powerful, because there are two women their just to please him. Another man might be interested in a threesome because it is something considered taboo and that alone turns him on more than the act itself. Still another man could be interested in a threesome, to spice up the sex life they share with their wife. Will it work after wards. It can, but it depends on the people involved. A guy can have a sexual experience, without an emotional attachment. Alot of women, cannot separate the act of sex, and the emotions that go with it. This can lead to jealousy, feelings of being inadequate, possessiveness and a whole host of other bad feelings. But this doesn't have to be. In my younger days I dated a girl that, after a while, admitted to me , she had bisexual feelings. She told me, that she would love to experience what it is like to be with another woman, but would be afraid to do this on her own. I suggested a threesome and she was up for the idea. As it happened one, night her friend was over, and we drinking a bit, and one thing led to another. I won't go into details, but I will say we had a great time and after wards we made it a part of our lovemaking. Things turned out great, because we were both very open, sexual people. She knew that I loved her so their were no feelings of resentment or jealousy. Basically, you really have to love and trust the other person. If you don't your insecurities will get the better of you. If you are interested in this as well as your man, it will help alot. So yes it can work and I say if you feel secure with yourself and your man, go for it!

More always seems to be better, and possibly in this case it might work with some men. But personally I'd rather just fix my attention on one woman at a time...lol

It would be up to the woman if the relationship would work after. I wouldn't think so, though.

In a room about gay men I question why you'd ask this here? And for the straight me who respond here I have to question why they aren't chasing some tail in a straight area. Now I'm certain it is perfectly normal for lesbians to fantasize about such things, bisexuals as well I suppose. But you didn't really ask that now did you?

My take on 3 ways is that inevitably someone gets neglected.
