is your friend a professional piercer? is it a gun? is the equiptment sterilized? do you have AUTOCLAVE? a 300 dollar machine that kills everythign..(bacteria and other organisms) (AND NO! boiling needles and jewelry in water and drenching them with alcohol doesnt do a single thing) then NO she shoudl not pierce your ears.. what type of metal is the jewelry? what length is it? is it large enough to accomidate swelling? what if it isnt a good grade metal and you have an allergic reaction? do you know the after care? (rubbing alcohol, or hydrogen peroxide are horrible for piercings)
im sure you dont knwo any of these answers. you are gettign into more trouble than you are asking. what kind of needle is she using? a sweing needle?(which is totally wrong) or a hollow needle? (which is the right on0 ill she pierce it quick enough so it doesnt cause you that much pain or is she going to squirm and make it unbearably painful ? what if she messes up? what if she doesnt get the placement right?
she is NOT a professional piercer. go to a professional body pierce shop and have them use a hollow needle on you thy will tell you all abotu the aftercare and it wil be alot less painful . everythign will be 100% sterilized
anyways.. have fun with you new infection!
and when i mean professionals i mean a body piercer. not some teenager at the mall who is a cashier who has NO experience in piercings.. plus guns are used in a very UNSTERILE environment. ther eare a bunch of peopel walkign around that can sneeze or touch the guns.. on accident.. you can get hepatitis and other diseases throguh piercign guns since thay cant be sterilized in autoclave caus they are made of plastic and would melt... piercers shops are dentist like atmostphere they knwo abotu cross contamination and ususlay have basic medical classes just incase anythign were to go wrong.. liek if you faint or something.. teenagers at the mall who are trained to pierce ears on apost it note or a plastic ear dont...

Ummmm, any piercing hurts, Just be sure if you do have your friend do it that they are clean sterile ear rings because you DO NOT want an infection. My initial answer is to have them done professionally but when you make up your mind....well, you know, you dont wanna wait. I have only had one piercing that was not done professionally out of 12 in my ears and the one that came out first was the ONE my friend did. Be sure you keep them clean too. Use plain Ivory bar soap when you take a shower daily and clean them good and rinse them very well and you shouldn't have a problem.

Don't have your friend pierce your ears! Unless they are a professional, you could end up with an infection. Save up some cash and get it done at a real place. It's less than $20 and that includes the studs that need to be inserted. And yes, it's going to hurt, but only for a second...

I don't think you should have a friend pierce your ears. And yes, it will definitely hurt. You should go to a place like Clair's, where they have professionals who can to it right to minimize pain and infection. If you insist on doing it at home, you should get a home piercing kit and have you mom do it if that is an option. But if you can't have it professionally done, make sure your friend is trustworthy and careful!!!

It may hurt for a second. However, that should not be your concern. Ask if your friend knows what she or he is doing. Make sure everything being used to pierce your ear are 100% sterilized with alcohol. Otherwise, it will get infected.

My friend did mine, and it just hurt a second and then was fine. She put 5 holes in at same time. Not a problem. A little sore a while....But no worries.

You shouldn't have your friend do it, you should have a professional do it. Piercing the earlobes doesn't hurt much. I had my nipples pierced; that hurt.
