Im currently sitting on my *** feeling pretty bad as ive realised how much i need to learn for my exam on monday! I think im heading for a fail! Which is the last thing i need considering i've had a bad start to 6th year..so anyone if you have any bright ideas how to cheer myself up it would be appreciated lmao!! Thanks x

take a deep breath then blow relax then come up with a plan some revision is better than no revision at all just remember to sleep well on the night before your exam it will surprise you how much you remember if you don't panic and freeze your brain. if you feel yourself tightening up then close your eyes breathe deeply and imagine your muscles relaxing one by one then open your eyes and ace that test
