If you are talking about an original 69 power brakes depend on the engine, it was almost impossible to fit the factory booster with some of the big block cars unless you are willing to dump the "original" look and go for more late model ad ons which are slimmer and smaller. As milage goes adding one of the new overdrive transmissions or changing the rear gears to a lower ratio 3.00 or 2.71 may help as well as the good old tune up.The car I'm familiar with used a late model S-10 booster and had power steering, so no help there.

Those options were available on 69 Camaros. You can upgrade pretty easily. Factory replacement/upgrade parts are available online or at parts stores. Just search for "69 camaro" online. Lots of parts/kits/bulletin boards out there.
However, some Camaros are worth more without the power options. If your car was ordered as a "COPO stripper", without PB/PS, with a big engine, manual tranny, etc, it could be rarer than normal. A minority of sports cars/muscle cars were ordered without power accessories and with the biggest engine/tranny combo because it saved weight and made the car faster. On the resale market it makes the car worth more.

Not standard on a vehicle that old. Deal with what you have, or trade it in for one with power brakes, power steering and better fuel mileage.

Do a search, there are plenty of companies that sell aftermarket and replacement/restoration parts for 67-69 camaros, most will probably send you a free catalog to pick through.
