I like this guy and I am not sure if he likes me back. how can I leave little hints telling him I like him or what would I say to tell him I do like him?

Make sure you know him well , start hanging out .Then after having a really good time or the time you have enough confidence , just tell him you like him and see if he likes you because you won't have the chance when he's married or has a girl.If he says yes than he could be the one.If he doesn't like you than move on and find the right one then enjoy your time.

You could flirt with him and talk to him. Make frequent eye contact and smile at him. If he is interested, you will know by his reaction.
