Being the first dance, it depends if you want it too end quickly or slowly. Two of the most powerful songs that fit this agenda, plus you can dance slowly and romantically to, are wonderful tonight by eric clapton and how to mend a broken heart by al green.

Congratulations!! :) I think this is the perfect song for you.

From This Moment On - Shania Twain

(I just swear that I'll aways be there.
I'd give anything and everything and I will always care.
Through weakness and strength, happiness and sorrow,
for better or worse, I will love you with
every beat of my heart.)
From this moment life has begun
From this moment you are the one
Right beside you is where I belong
From this moment on

From this moment I have been blessed
I live only for your happiness
And for your love I'd give my last breath
From this moment on

I give my hand to you with all my heart
Can't wait to live my life with you, can't wait to start
You and I will never be apart
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment on

You're the reason I believe in love
And you're the answer to my prayers from up above
All we need is just the two of us
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment
I will love you as long as I live
From this moment on

Amazed by Lonestar is great.

Unchained Melody - the Righteous Brothers' one please - is also good, but could be seen as a bit of a cliche

Josh Grodin's version of You Raise Me Up is also a lovely song.

Savage Garden's "I knew I loved you before I met you" is a lovely song, with gorgeous lyrics

Just choose a song that you both love, and ideally one with lyrics that really reflect how you feel about each other.

Hope your wedding goes well, and wishing you many happy years together. :)

Congratulations! I hope you'll both be very happy together.

I cannot top your initial choices.

You could also listen to "Baby I'm a Want You" by Bread or "We've only just Begun" by The Carpenters...
